Sunray Decks has a $1,000,000 Full liability insurance policy and Full Workers Compensation Insurance.

YES!!! The warranty period is for the remainder of the calendar year your job was completed up the next calendar year October 1st. We are a seasonal business and are limited by the weather.  This Warranty is only applicable if we use our approved products. Warranty may not be applicable in certain situations.

A thorough background check is run on all employees, and only trained employees of Sunray Decks will complete your job. We do not subcontract. 

A combination of techniques will be employed. From using an airless paint sprayer and back brushing, applying with a brush from a pail for more weathered areas and hand cutting edges. Areas that are prone to overspray will be covered by various means. In the past you might have noticed others might have left overspray or drips on your house or concrete, we take ever precaution necessary to mitigate that and give your home a clean and professional finish.

Cost varies by size, complexity, and the amount of prep work. But our average cost is around $1200 for roughly 12x20 deck, we're capable of doing jobs much larger than this average and smaller. This is just our average and not an approximation of your project. We do find most people find our proposals to be fairly priced and a much better alternative to building a new deck.
